 Students will now be able to fly in Pakistan as the Civil Aviation Authority has started issuing student pilot licenses. The DGCAA has formally approved the re-launch of the SPL. According to media sources, with the introduction of Student Pilot License (SPL), students will be able to continue their Flying Club activities, however, they will have to get academic certificate, medical certificate, national identity card and security clearance.
