Dr. Zafar Mirza, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Health, said that the number of deaths due to corona in the country has come down by 80% while the number of positive cases has come down from 23% to 6%. He said that the spread of the epidemic in the country has come down drastically for which Allah should be thanked. Some people are sceptical about the reduction of the disease, but this reduction has been acknowledged internationally. And no one should be sceptical.

The National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) has released the latest and most up-to-date data on the corona virus. According to the NCOC, the total number of deaths from corona in Pakistan has reached 5,822 and 273,113 people have been affected while 237,434 corona patients have recovered across the country. According to data released by the National Command and Operational Centre, there are currently 29,875 active cases of Corona in the country.
During the last 24 hours, 23,254 tests were performed. A total of 1,868,180 corona tests have been performed across the country. According to the NCOC, 238 patients are on ventilator in hospitals across the country while the number of corona ventilators in hospitals is 1,859. 1894 corona patients are being treated in 733 hospitals of the country.
